They are both Cinderella, not postal stamps, the french one is an manufacturers association against counterfeit , they also have a similar Cinderella for the copyright

1877 is on the bottom right in the frame it reads DU 28 MAI 1877 |

Yes it was the date of the décret, (decree) but I don't think it as the same signification in English
They also make bronze coins about this manufacturers thing , they will have some value |

Please show the entire box. That is where the value likely lies - in the total item and the social history of the item as it pertains to the pure food and drugs act and imported goods. |

this was for teething infants mercury and men also took it for the bad boy diseases from what I read .long term side effects from the Mercury .but it was FDA approved.Go figure Calomel  |

Fougera sell Calomel ( mercury chloride) , but the third letter on the label don't seem to be a L
So you have a Box manufactured in France that originally contain tubing with a food and drug sticker under a French sticker and a French label ... I think they reuse the box and add the stickers, in that case it will remove the value of the original box to a collector of such item |

it was imported into the united states and had to have the food and drug stamp put on first because they were the importer is the way I read it and it is a l the originals are all in the box so it was not reused nothing missing nothing added and the seal is still on the back .I was the one that opened the box for the first time to see what was inside. There is also the little metal thing to pop the top off the glass in the box. Each little bottle is labeled Calomel.
