I am new to this and have not been able to get a catalog yet. I think this is a #540 but don't know which variation. Can anyone help me find out which one it is? Thanks@

Welcome jlhakeem. While you wait for someone to help ID your stamp, you could go to www.1847usa.com. Onthe right side of the homepage you will see "Washington Franklin Worksheets". Click on the 2c Types I-III to compare your stamp with those shown. Scott #540 is a Type III. There are lots of neat and helpful information on the site.
