No reason for it to be priced that high, seller probably has no idea of it's identity.

When I see something like this I check the seller's other items. In this case he has 3 very high priced stamps for sale. Then I check his "sold" items and I see he has not sold any stamps in the last 90 days. He is not a stamp seller and should be avoided.

None of the stamp this seller has listed are worth much of anything. This is one of those "I know nothing about stamps but they are old so they must be valuable" type of sellers.

When it comes to stamps, the seller is trading in and on ignorance.

I sometimes sell common stamps by the ounce or by the pound on ebay. A pound of the 2 cent Scott 634 in bulk might not sell for enough to cover the cost of shipping.
