Same French scammer which ebay keeps allowing to list.

I thought sellers were not supposed to be able to accept payments that go around Paypal? Of course his point in doing so is to evade consequences when a buyer just gets a lot of pretty pictures of stamps.

ebay needs to hire a few people who know about stamps to manage that section.

Well, I guess he needs another Tahiti vacation?

Anyone falling for this is probably drawn by the same motivation as that of the seller.

This person actually has an international criminal record yet ebay does not vet the accounts. Frankly you can get an ebay account, with thousands of positive feedbacks, for your dog if you tried. But hey, buy with confidence and be rest assured that ebay will refund your six figure purchase if not as described.
