It appears to have the correct characteristics, but it might be trimmed from a Shermack type lll coil. Sending it in for a cert would be the best way to find out.
You already received a correct answer a few hours ago in another thread you posted on this same stamp that this is NOT 534B, but a 409 or a 482 depending on the watermark, Your stamp is NOT printed by offset, so it cannot be a 534B.
