I have been going through boxs from my in-laws and came across books of stamps. It turns out that my husband's grandfather was a post master who collected stamps and his father also collected stamps until his death in 1969. I have been trying to research the stamps. Does anyone know of a web site?
Try your local library. They should have stamp catalogs in the reference section ie. Scott catalogs. Are the stamps US or world wide. If they are organized & have a Scott # next to them it should help you tremendously. Good Luck. Hopefully, you will get bitten by the collection bug.
