Hi again. So I am looking for suggestions and opinions on this stamp.

The stamp paper itself seems a bit stained? (more yellow)than normal. Anyone out there think it might be worth getting certified? The stamp is MH. Thanks

Looks far more typical of long-term light damage, which often darkens paper too.
