The bottom stamp appears to be the better centered. I suggest checking with the
ebay listers as to their policy on returns. If they will not accept a return with full refund PLUS the cost of certification in the event the item is certified not as described, then I would wait and buy from a dealer or auctioneer who does offer such terms (there are many out there who do).
