There will be a pictorial postmark available for 30 days beginning June 26, 2009 to honor the 1st Korean War National Museum in the United States. The temporary site in located in downtown Springfield IL at the Old Capitol Plaza. The permanent site will also be in Springfield IL near the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Musuem in the downtown area. To request this postmark send a cover or postcard with firstclass postage to:

You are quite welcome. I didn't even know about the postmark until this morning. I had even read an article in our local paper & it didn't mention the commemorative postmark.
