They don't look fake and came from a respected dealer,but this is 7 months before the nearest EDU ?? What do you guys think ?

Old date slug. Small town, they probably didn't bother to change it or it just kept slipping back.

This is probably a case of the postmaster.not changing the year date slug and not an earliest known date. I do not think the stamps had been printed in March 1908.
