Scott 599 Or 599A Line Pair?

I have a difficult time differentiating between the type I (scott 599) and type II (scott 599A) on the 2c Washington of this series. I know that it is also possible to have a line pair with one of each type, but that that is quite rare.

Can you tell me what I have here? Thanks so much in advance!
