I just wanted to share this picture of a stamp I found tonight. I'm in no way an excellent identifier of stamps but believe it is an Scott 554, with perforations 11 X 11. Started examining the different landmarks, but immediately noted some very out of normal markings. I wanted to share as it threw me.
