Which Type # Is This 10c Green?

I am not familiar with this issue and can use some assistance. It appears this is either a Type I or IV but I can't tell for sure. Can the experts chime in with any thought here?

It's a type V, Scott #35. The 2017 Scott catalog value is $65.

It is incidentally an A Relief from the top row of Plate 2.

Possibly position 9R. The washed out quality of the stamp (common for this issue) makes it hard to know for sure, but the guide dot on the UR, combined with a faint plating dot in the ornament between the right arms of the left X (confusing, I know), the completion of each oval around the X's, and a very faint horizontal guideline (I can convince myself it is there) across the top of the design is what makes me consider 9R.
