OK, I've gotten interested enough in U.S. issues to consider putting what I have in an official Scott Specialized album instead of the homemade pages I've been using.

My question is: Does anyone use the album with pre-cut Showgard mounts?

I'm a stickler on appearance and I like the mounts to cover over the outline for each stamp. I can cut my own to size, but it would be way easier to ue the pre-cuts on the zillions of horizontal and vertical commemoratives and the quadrillion definitives of the same size.

I use Showgard mounts (black) for my specialized collections but do not us the pre-cut. I prefer to cut them myself for the flexibility it gives me as well as the economics. A dealer gave me a tip to hinge my mounts into my album to allow the ability to easily make changes/substitutions without risking damage to my album pages. This may old news to most but I have found it to be invaluable.

Thank you cgortha! I have always cut my own also, but this time I was looking for an easier way out just to save time.
