Tina The URL for ebay is www.ebay.com you do not need to be a member to search and browse stamps or other items but you do need to become a member to bid. Becoming a member is not hard, there are some simple click and follow directions on the site. I would recommend that you also get a PayPal account if you are going to do a lot of bidding there. Good Luck !

Rina - if you're going to start bidding on ebay I recommend you do a search for ebay on this site and look at some of the old threads on the subject. There are actually a lot of ins-and-outs that can help you.

Tina,
There are even some stamp groups & tutorials on ebay to help you. Be sure to read the whole listing for all details involving your purchase, especially payment method & shipping/handling fees. Also, I suggest emailing the seller to clarify any questions prior to placing a bid. Some people are in it for a fast buck & may not know much about what they are selling or care.
