Good question, but I can't give you an answer, sorry. I also have a set like the ones in the first picture. I got mine years ago from either Broadway Approvals or Frank Godden Approvals in London, England. They likely cost me a buck or so.

The stamp you've shown are from Hamburg not Hanover.
They will always have some value.
The first group does look like it's a reprint on newer paper.
But I'll need to do some home work on that!

Actually, these stamps were issued for Hamburg, not Hanover.

The stamps in the first scan ("post-couvert") are cut squares from envelopes.
