Just an old postcard with Caesar Rodney-Patriot who served as PRESIDENT of Delaware in 1778. He was also a member of the Stamp Act Congress. (The Stamp Act from Britain placed duties ($) on the new colonies in order to help fund/defer cost for protecting/defending them in their new homes) Didn't think you were going to get a history lesson by reading this ,did ya?!.
