Checking the list of all of your forums, I do not find a particular forum that deals with unidentifiable stamps. What is the appropriate forum to ask questions of members and include an image of an unidentifiable stamp? Thanks.

This would be a real good place for such an issue. The resident experts here have tackled some pretty esoteric stuff in the past. Throw up a scan and let's see what we can do.

You could put it in the main stamp collecting forum, or there are forums for World Wide stamps (classic and modern) that would also suit. You'll get replied to in either.
