It is a pleasure to be here. Although, due to the pressure of work I will be here much, I hope I can answer the occasional question. I own and operate the largest stamp site in the world, I am a member of the Royal Philatelic Society in London. I am English, living in the beautiful city of Savannah, Georgia.

I collect primarily US stamps and literature on US stamps. I also have a collection of old leather bound albums and a world wide collection that I am now actively adding to. My knowledge is primarily in US stamps and UK stamps, although I maintain an interest in KGV Commonwealth issues. My favourite set is the Wilberforce set from Sierra Leone, my favourite stamp is the exploding safety stamp from the US (it really does explode!)

My current project is putting together a guide of all the essays for US issues up to 1952, particularly the unadopted designs.

thexswedishtiger!

Your site has been referenced to before on here. It's great!
(I think it has anyway. I remember looking through it.)

KGV issues are nice. And the QEII issues of Great Britain are fascinating. Just starting to study the Queen Victoria stamps.

In answer to your message, I used to live in Sundsvall, northern Sweden. To give you a better explanation of the term you can find in Wikipedia, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/En_svensk_tiger
The name came about because my wife's name is Tina and my name is Roger, take the first two letters of her name and the last three letters of my name and you have the word Tiger. Take the fact that we are both Swedish and you have 'Swedish'. Hence the Swedish Tiger.

g'day nuggethill and Dianne. Nuggethill, not sure if you are into the game, but I see Asif destroyed your batting line up yesterday :-) Being English one always likes to see the champions knocked around a bit.

The Aussies ain't fielding the best team this season ,they'll go down against most teams and definitely won't bring the ashes home,if your a betting man don't bet on the Aussies unless the odds are long and in there favor .
