I want to apologize if I offended anyone with the above post. I was only joking and meant no disrespect to the many other APS members on SCF.

I got an email chastising me for trying to 'capitalize' on my APS membership by posting my member number. While that wasn't my intent, I understand my humor might be interpreted that way.

However, I do want to encourage others here to join APS. The dues aren't cheap, but I've found it very helpful for my collecting. And I have really enjoyed the monthly journal.

If you do join, tell you them were recommended by SCF, APS Chapter #1572-215263.

I would never do anything to cause any strife here at SCF. I learn so much here, I want only to make a positive impact; never to create tension.
