Too much red for me.
Pops out at you though.

Isn't red supposed to be lucky for finances in Asian thought?

A typical tribute to a criminal by a criminal regime, like the Hitler stamps of the 1940's and the Marx/Lenin/Stalin stamps from the former Soviet Union and its satellites.

Now aren't you glad you asked?

I'm with Modern on this one.

As a Canadian soldier, in the 1980's, I was trained on all the Communist Bloc weapons, including the Chinese SKS... know thy enemy. The targets we shot at were man-sized targets of "Herman The East German" and "Ivan the Commie".

Another dictator responsible for the death of millions!

Now... aren't you glad you asked?

David
