Martha washington 1938; 2c red (maybe a precancel) 1890; 2- 1 cent grn Washington 1917; Grn Franklin and similar red Washington mid 1920s. Monetary value is most like zero.
Halfwitty, It has all the sign of a precancel being that straight lines like that were not common. If this stamp is a precancel it is unknown. If the lines were .25 not the .5 you measured it at, could have been Berlin, MD. Listed at $60 on cover. So that's where were at here. You may want to put it to the side maybe one on cover maybe found and recorded.
