I came across a stamp that has me intrigued. It is Italy, scott#903, issued 1965, Italian Soldiers in a concentration camp. An internet search showed that many Italian POW's were incarcerated here in the states. And that there seemed to be incidences occurring in various locations around the country with these POW's. I'm not sure that this is the explanation for this stamp. HOw can I go about getting additional info about this particular stamp's topic? Thanks for any assistance.
Joel

The best resource is to join a topic society or study group, for example Roman states society , or space unit if you collect space topicals.

A good start would be to make your topic title clear. You could have several experts right here that could answer your question if they knew what this topic was actually about.
