Hello advisors, 13 days ago I sent a packet of stamps to England and I understand it has not arrived. To the best of my knowledge address, postage and my return address were correct...i have had numerous trades with fellow Guatemala collectors in England and never a problem..mail usually takes 4 to 5 days...whats awkward here is that the person I mailed the stamps to and I have not done "business" before..i asked that he wait a "few more days" ..if nothing shows up and he is willing ..by far the easiest course for me is to refund his paypal payment..rather than send another packet and the postage to send it ! Any advice ???

Give it a few more days, Phil... see what happens then.

That's okay, in mid-January, I sent coins to Turkey and Poland, and as I understand, neither have arrived at their destination yet.

I'm the said recipient in the exchange, and yes my general experience with US to UK swaps are a lot faster than this as well. I received laswabbie's Israel giveaway without any issues (Sent Jan 28, Received Feb 03) but your packet seems to have gone astray which is why I e-mailed you this morning to ask if it had been sent out. I'll gladly wait it out another week in hopes it arrives soon.

Our lack of "business" shouldn't raise red flags, though. I have a 100% success rate on TradingCardCentral ( http://bit.ly/bRdEOB ) with a few positive feedback posts. I didn't mean to raise suspicion with my e-mail; I was just wondering if you still had what I purchased in your possession as it hasn't arrived on my end yet.

Phil,
I had made a purchase via ebay on 1/17/10 which was mailed out by the seller in NY on 1/19/10. It was addressed perfectly & had proper postage. However it didn't arrive in IL until 2/8/10, 20 days after it had been mailed. Nearly 3 weeks from when it was postmarked. The envelope was not damaged and no reason was indicated as to why it took so long to arrive. There were no Marker Monkeys involved, no footprints, nor any tire tread marks.

When I first brought it to the attention of the seller, she gave me a full refund without prompting. I immediately repaid for my purchase when it arrived safely.
