Lincoln Cinderella's used as advertising shortly after His Assassination. They were available in several colors.

I know this is an old post, but here is more info on these:

2 colors green and orange red.

Type I, two breaks in the right frame line, and "JOHNSON"S" is in slightly thinner type; black on green and black on red orange.
Type II, one break in right frameline; black on red orange.
Type III, no comma after "Publishers." "JOHNSON's" is in condensed type, with serifs.
