Ummm...the right side of the stamp?




(I extracted it from a scan of a CTO and enlarged it. The CTO cancel practically obliterates the engraving of the hands.)

Ahhh I see
that's why I need an up close of the whole stamp.
I thought there for a moment it may have been part of a souvenir "black print"

Just a thought.
This stamp could just as easily have fitted into the 'National Stamp Day' thread. Every year for a number of years, Czechoslovakia issued a Stamp Day single depicting a stamp engraver !
