Ok, my question for today. Is this an Austrian stamp? I googled most of the words I saw and the only answer I got that I could understand seemed to refer to something Austrian???? I did look in Scotts under Austria but nothing looked quite the same.

They are both fantastic examples. Beautifully intricate in design.
The value should have increased from 5c in 1915 but you can never be sure
