The return address on this cover is Hiroshima


and the return address on this one is Nagasaki


I realize that these 2 places are historical (putting it lightly) and I'm curious as to what sort of value these covers would have? Any thoughts?

No more than for any other contemporary Japanese cover, I'm afraid. Both Hiroshima and Nagasaki are (still) large cities, and they'd generate quite a lot of mail.
