Are there still buyers of recent stamps in quantities of one hundred? Many years ago when the 24 cent regular was issued, I sent hundreds of them along with a higher quantity of the 11 cent stamp in the same series, to a buyer and got $1.90 per hundred. At this time, commemoratives were bringing 35 cents per hundred. I don't remember who the buyer was but it was not Harris. Are they still buying? At about this time, the common regulars were bringing 2 cents per hundred. That was definitely not the way to get rich. Lizardly, halflizard
I never appeared in the current TV show or in the previous versions. Do the visiting lizards use stamps to send intergalactic mail to their home planet and colonies? Would their postal regulations allow them to mail slaves? Lizardly, halflizard
some folks went off topic here.... I used to help a guy put together packs of 100 to send to wholesale places. I found it quite soothing and over time I could spot the differences with a quick glance. Certainlt not a big payday anymore. I haven't put them together for a number of years. I wonder who still does it as well.
