Nice cover. Stamps by scott numbers left to right : #RA17 w/ red surcharge on #235 (1941); #235 (1929); #300 a bisected #235 (1941 as stated by onetoe58)

I've just noticed "GUATEMALA" is printed along the bisect perfs.

The one cent Bisect provisional of 1941 ...The Tipografia Nacional perforated diagonally 2 million copies of the 2 cent regular of 1929 which most of us call Scott 235...it then became the one cent Scott 300..There are a lot of interesting covers out of Guatemala as the post offices would use whatever they had on hand to frank an envelope...official stamps,postal tax stamps etc !
