I wonder if someone can offer me a SG Cat number please?
(suffering catalogue blindness)

Isn't the perforation curious?
I presume you (could) tear off the stamp on the bottom
and you are left with a lovely painting label.
Never seen this format before.

Don't know the SG, but it's a mini-sheet, Scott 1827, issued 25 Dec 1977, described as V. Mio self-portrait, and "Imperf.;Perf 12 Horiz. between Vignette and Value Panel". CV $3.50 MNH and $3 used.

Odd format though

67mm x 102mm BeeSee, SG classifies it as a minisheet.
(whatever that means)
I've never been able to understand any difference between
"minisheet" and "souvenir sheet"

It's just tradition, miniature sheet (UK) = souvenir sheet (US)
