In volume 5 of Scott's 2009 on page 565, the picture shows B354 with a value of 2.25 mint and 2.50 used. It is a semi-postal for the 50th anniversary of Romania's vocational schools. I wonder if there were classes on operating lizard ranches.

For SG values, it's worth £2.00 mint / £2.25 used (2009 SOTW). {edit - oops, 2008}
