I don't know that I could narrow it down to a year, but I'm thinking the 1880's timeframe... someone who specializes in South Carolina postmarks might be able to do better.

Neat looking cover

I was looking at a postmark yesterday from the Trans Missippi expo,
and that didn't have a year date either.

How do you know it s going to Ottawa, Bobggg?

OK I think you are sending it to someone there - I thought you meant the cover was addressed to Ottawa
