From Ameripex 86 To What I Have Now !!

I remember being in the Red Hook post office in 1986 and an elderly gent who was buying the Ameripex presidents sheets struck up a conversation with me...he only lived 3 blocks away so he showed me his stamp room (wisely in his basement..his wife probably would not permit it upstairs) I was impressed by his modest posessions and actually lusted after a couple of his items..well fast forward to 2010..without a doubt I have 20 times stored up in plastic containers than he had...will history repeat itself and a young person show up locally that I could help and help me divest ?? I sure hope so.,,there has to be a clear line between my collections and what is just taking up space !!
