these things tony posted would have have been really nice to bad some one scriblled on them and cancelled them after that

The other side of the Jind cover is interesting





The big circled T tax markings were applied because Convention States stamps like these weren't supposed to be valid for postage outside India. These seem to have sneaked through, without any sign of tax being collected at the US end.
