I got back from Singapore yesterday to find a lot of mail waiting for me. The only important one was from Israel. Michael, you are a champion. I am one very happy SCF member and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your efforts  |

I collect Canada MNH. A friend gave me that exact mini pane. It is lovely. He also gave me the pane from the 1st British Empire Exhibition.  |

Sadly, I have no control over the marker monkey's !
But it just goes to show what I have been saying on all philatelic forums for a long time, that the Postal services of this world no longer pay attention to cancelling mail.
This is proven [at least for me] by the fact that most of my mail from all the world comes without a cancel.
I go to England in 12 days time, and I will be taking all my uncancelled mail with me for perusal and comment by the Post Offices in the UK.
I will let you all know some of the [sure to be] famous quotes when I get back.
And I did not have a share of the first sheet Spock. Only the second sheet. 4 shares to a sheet.
Just want to say also, that inspite of searching and enquiring in many places, I have not seen any Press Sheet [Accession]portions for sale anywhere yet. I am waiting to see what a market price may be.
I have seen a pair [regular, as no TB were printed] of the Kings Stamps M/S, and this is currently at £7.50. The seller describes the lot as rare, although with over 32,000 possible, it is hardly that !

wow. so you are saying we have something that could appreciate in price. usually if I buy gold even gold tanks so it must be a welcome change. I must buy everything in partnership that you offer in the future. are coming to india in 2011 for the exhibition? |
