OK to guess?
may be parallax error, but there appears to be two sizes of overprints.
That would indicate forgeries?
The Rupee opts were far larger.

yes yes ok to guess but now I have to go and take a look for forgeries :)

certainly would be quite something if we found forgery I will compare it with the blocks of 4

but no there is an obvious wrong with this picture

hint. it can be found using the english language :)

Are you referring to the fact that it's a mixed group of regular and official stamps or am I missing something else I wonder?

That's what I thought, then reconsidered, because it seemed too easy.

i got the cic confused with an easy question. I will have to rmember that

please note that due to the shortfall in trreasury cic stands for customer in chief. we have had to abort our military wing for now :)
