The PCS (Postal Commemorative Society) stuff shows up on ebay every once in awhile.

They also did "year" sets which featured a coin such as the Walker Half Dollar for the years 1935 - 1945. On each page, there would be a half dollar and then a couple of the stamps that were issued that year as well as a summary of the news events for that year. The coins and stamps were encased in plastic or whatever.

The stamps that I've seen looke ok (but obviously nothing rare) but the coins were "dumpster" coins as my friend put it so eloquently.

Curiously, if you google PCS and such, there is very little information on them. But you keep seening ramdom sets they created pop up here and there.
