I am posting this as a new topic so as few as possible miss it.

There has been some discussion about Expert marks recently. Before you buy ANY stamps with expert marks, I strongly suggest you check them on the following website. They show most of the known expert marks and certs., their area of expertise, active dates and affiliation.
