Problems With Stampmanage

I bought StampManage 2010 yesterday (did'nt think EZ was for me) and am happy except it gliches after a while and I need to to restart it. Also, I cannot update "Stamp Values" something about MS Jet database not reading "Copy of Canada"? Any clues?

PS I know I should probably just dive into the Stamp Manage forum but those crude php forums annoy me. Anyway, still working on getting enough 'quality posts' to sell!

Finally got an amail from StampManage but they merely asked what version I had...I answered and its been two weeks with no reply. Guess IT support over there needs a bit of hounding, he,he.
