Nice perfin. The date of issue was Jan 11, 1912.

Check the perforations on that stamp is it 12 or 10? It looks like a 12 but my eyes are not so good. If it is perforated 12 then the issue date is 1912 if it is perforated 10 then the issue date is 1914
