This is a double-wide strip of Scott 702, the 1931 Red Cross Issue. Gussyboy wanted to see nursing stamps so I remembered these and looked them up. What caught my attention is the way the vertical perforations migrate from left to right, beginning with F-VF on the left then creeping over until they are eventually cutting into the design on the right.
These were produced before the electric eye perforation equipment began to be used starting in 1933. By 1940 most of the stamps were produced with much better centering due to the electric eye technology.
While it is a very attractive stamp, this Red Cross issue is considered to have a design error for its complete omission of Greenland from the map of North America.
These stamps are also found with the red cross shifted to different positions on the stamp. For example the crosses are shifted left on this plate block compared to the crosses on modern_who's block:
