I have a First Day of Issue Ceremony program for the 1983 1c Omnibus stamp (Scott1897) that was autographed by the Postmaster of Arlington, VA and I'm trying to determine its estimated value.

Any information you can provide will be appreciated.

I recommend you make contact with an organization such as the American Society for Philatelic Pages and Panels. Many of them also collect launch ephemera.

I have a 2004 copy of the Scott First Day Cover Catalogue and it has the ceremony program at $12.00 at that point in time.

Thanks, Battlestamps. It appears it would be worth my while to invest in a few new Scott catalogs. I'm currently working off of a Scott 1996 U.S. Pocket Stamp Catalog and what I can find out on the internet.
