Years ago I found a fellow trying to sell stamps that once belonged to a fellow who had to leave town in a hurry..i purchased the stamps and hoped to heck the guy never came back..cartons of covers mailed to him by a collector in Hungary...i learned about the beauty of Hungarian stamps especially the imperforate ones...  |

I think they are german cinderellas issued during World War I promoting child protection or adoption. The writing is in german. Daniel |

see, you guys have all posted some really nice postally used stamps as well as the cto's. It seems all I have is some modern.. 60-70's used stamps and the rest seem to be CTO's..

Rod, Bad news You can move that 50F to yuor Cindy Collection it has a Bogus Ovpt. the right and left "X"'s should be more like "*". I'll have to look up the rest. The 2nd scan is German. |
