Nice cover ! I think the fair ran into 1940...my folks went quite a bit because they could get passes from a friend who had a business there !!

I love World Fair covers and cancelations! I really like Fair and Expo admission tickets! The early ones where made by the American Bank Note Company and complimented the artistic style & theme of the fair or expo.
