I've been putting in some hefty hours lately going through the stamps for my collection and there are some wonderfully done stamps. The artists renditions of themes for the countries are so true to life (I'm talking the older stamps before digital became the thing)that I started wondering who were the most popular artists/engravers for each country? Is there a country that is more popular for work on the stamps because of the artist/engraver?
