Negative pigeon poop looks about right. Tell me the "Lincoln Bulls Eye" is sick humor? Is it a real cancellation and does it have to be on a Lincoln stamp?

It is a "Bulls Eye" cancel on a Lincoln stamp where the center of the Bulls Eye is on his head. I have seen a few of them over the years. They bring big $$ as a messed up curiosity.
