I happen to have SG open right now, so I can give you that information, at least. I believe it is SG #F2, dull violet from 1874. A couple years ago it had a CV of 42 pounds. I assume yours perfs 15.5x15. There was a later issue, F5, from 1902, that is perf 14, with much higher CVs, but that is dull mauve in color. Your color might have faded a bit in soaking?
B62 and 62B were Hong Kong obliterators, so your appears to have seen postal use. F2 was valid for postal use from 1874 until withdrawn in 1902.
