PA department of labor and Industry, is this considered a stamp of sorts

or should I say is it of value as a collectible I found it in an envelope, but cannot find it in my specialized catalog.

As a state revenue you will not find it in the Scott Specialized, which only lists federal revenues.

Puzzler if you have a collection it would fit nicely in send me your address and I'll send it in the mail. I can't seem to find any good spot for it. most of my collection came from PA so thats why its probably in there. however I just don't have a section currently for it.

If I get it, it will be the first in that collection for me. I have been trying to narrow my focus on only certain areas for collecting purposes. Of course, that is very hard, everything stamp related seems nice to me.

Keep it for now, thank you for the offer, keep the topics in mind for trades or such like.

Most collectors have the Unnamed Box for the Currently Not Collected items. Always good for trades or later study in case one's interest wanders (like mine).

sounds like a good idea I've slowly been creating envelopes for pre cancels, visible town cancels, and a few others as I learn about them on here for future trades and such. I guess I'll put this in there to for now.
