Hi guys
Look at this pane of stamps in particular the upper left 1 cent stamp...There is a line across the Queen's head and the rest of the stamp...It is NOT a fold in the pane...Also I was wondering why the 2 bottom 8 cent stamps have a blue colour around the whole stamp...???
